Pitts Wilson were appointed to undertake the Mechanical & Electrical Design, Install, Testing and Commissioning for these two new build office/warehouse units on this revitalised and thriving Industrial estate by Main Contractor Caddick Construction. The works include the full range of MEP services including the full lighting fitout of the warehouse areas.

The units are due for completion in April/May 2019 and we understand tenants are lined up ready to move in!
