The 3No Separate Contracts created 12No separate lettable Laboratories, each with independent supply and extract ventilation via suitably sized AHU’s and heating/cooling via metered 4 pipe connections in each space fed via staged 400KW central cooling or plate heat exchangers from the district heating Network that feeds the site. high quality plumbing and sanitaryware installations were also provide along with full electrical services, fed via the sites extensive HV Network including metered sub-panels and distribution boards for both tenant and Landlord areas, General and Emergency Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Door Access, Smoke vent and dry risers.
