Pitts Wilson Limited were employed to undertake the mechanical and electrical Services installation, testing, commissioning and client support on this new build school for the client, Bradford Metropolitan Council through the main contractor.

Mechanical services installed included high efficiency boiler and hot water generation, full building management and controls, LPHW heating systems with underfloor heating and radiators, domestic water services, sanitaryware and drainage, natural and heat recovery ventilation systems.

Electrical services included mains power, small power and distribution, lighting and data installations.

All services were fully commissioned leaving the school and pupils to enjoy an education on a comfortable environment.
