Contract Details –  Pitts Wilson appointed by client to provide design and installation of Electrical Services to this new store development in Dundee. The installation was carried out by our Stirling Office with assistance from the design department based in Bradford. The installation was completed in 18 weeks with a two week client Fit Out. The installation comprised energy efficient lighting which is linked to the building energy management system, allowing remote control of the lighting to reduce unnecessary energy expenditure. The Fire Alarm design and installation was undertaken by sister company Pitts Wilson Fire.

The electrical services are maintained by our Support Services division who undertake Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting quarterly checks along with reactive and planned maintenance of the remaining electrical installation.
